Every job is different. For most residential projects we use the Xactimate platform to build our estimates. This is a computer-based application that has a set price list sent out every month. The estimate is line-itemized for every step of the process. Ex: “25 linear feet of baseboard removed.” This is the same software nearly all insurance companies use, and they can compare our estimate to theirs apples for apples.

At Hānai Brothers Restoration we strive to provide you with top-quality work. Our ownership and staff has been in the industry for decades. This allows us to only hire qualified staff and use only the best subcontractors.

Absolutely, a majority of our work is insurance claims. We have the experience to be able to guide you through your claim and deal with your insurance adjuster directly.

Mold needs two things to survive; moisture and a food source. Mold likes to use the paper backing of drywall as a food source. Mold also likes to grow in areas without much airflow. If mold growth is suspected with no visible signs we recommend contacting an Industrial Hygienist for mold testing. We work with some of the best IH’s in the state and can refer you to them.
